BARACADE SILANE 40 WB is a water-based concrete sealer. Breathable, ready-to-use, non yellowing, deep penetrating, reactive concrete water repellent containing 40% silane. It is great against the damaging effects of water intrusion, deicing chemicals, freeze-thaw exposure, and airborne contaminants such as acid rain and smog.

BARACADE SILANE 40 WB will not change the appearance or texture of the treated surface. BARACADE SILANE 40 WB produces a water repellent surface by penetrating and reacting deep within the capillaries of the substrate
